New Incarcerated Persons’ Mail Service Starting September 1, 2025, all non-privileged mail for incarcerated individuals at the Sonoma County Jail must be sent through Pigeonly Mail Service. Beginning October 1, any non-privileged mail sent directly to the jail will be returned to the sender.
